We do not file insurance in our office but will gladly provide you with the necessary Superbill to send in for reimbursement
Wellness Chiropractic Care Plans
We offer the following Chiropractic Wellness Plans:
- Individual: $165/month
- Couple: $250/month
- Family of 5: $300/month
- Family of 6+: $350/month
Each person is provided with one adjustment per week
12 Month Commitment Required
Auto-Drafted on 1st or 15th of each month
